Reem Kar

Reem is an associate in the real estate team, with a focus on non-contentious construction law. 

She advises developers (commercial and residential), purchasers and tenants as well as contractors and consultants. Reem’s experience includes working as in-house construction counsel on behalf of a prominent London-based developer and has undertaken a wide variety of contract work for clients. This includes drafting and negotiating standard and bespoke forms of contracts such as building contracts, professional appointments, collateral warranties as well as conducting due diligence as part of wider real estate transactions.
