Spring is a special counsel in the litigation and arbitration team.
She is experienced in commercial litigation and arbitration, international arbitration, adjudication, mediation, involving commercial, corporate, insurance and indemnity, employment, probate disputes, with a special focus on construction matters.Spring undertakes a wide range of contentious and non-contentious matters relating to the building and construction industry. She regularly represents clients in disputes resolution and litigation involving construction contracts, as well as advising clients on employment issues. Her portfolio of non-contentious work includes providing opinions and reviewing of contracts such as pre/post tender and project administration in relation to construction related documents, as well as employment contracts. Her clients include developers, investors, insurers, main/sub-contractors, suppliers, architects, engineers, management corporations of strata titles, subsidiary proprietors, and owners.
In addition, Spring has a keen interest in Sports Law. She has successfully completed the Certificate Programme in Sports Arbitration organised by the Asian International Arbitration Centre, and has assisted with the appeals panel in one of the world sports federation in arbitration and preparing the final award. Spring is also a panel member of the Asian Sports Tribunal which is part of the sports alternative dispute resolution arm of the Asian International Arbitration Centre. She has also been appointed to sit as one of the Legal Members of SportsSG Safe Sport Disciplinary Panel comprising of independent individuals appointed by the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth (MCCY) of Singapore to perform adjudicative functions to hear, resolve and adjudicate safe sport reports and violations for member organisations under the Safe Sport Programme.
Spring is on the panel of Sage Mediation International Mediators.

Represented and advised in disputes on Power and Steam Purchase Agreement and Engineering and Equipment Supply Agreement relating to a Bio-Diesel Co-Generation Plant on Jurong Island, Singapore.
Marina Bay Sands project
Represented and advised the exclusive supplier of ready-mixed concrete for the Marina Bay Sands Integrated Resorts project in concluding their umbrella contract.

Represented architects in defending a professional negligence claim in relation to a commercial project.
