Wolete is an associate in the corporate team.
Wolete serves as a trusted advisor to individuals and both public and private corporations across a range of legal issues and business needs. He has significant experience representing corporations throughout the corporate lifecycle, including corporate governance, financings, joint ventures, and M&A transactions, fund managers, investment advisers, and family offices on formation and investments, and clients involved in business and commercial aviation regarding aircraft sales, financings, and operating leases.
Wolete supports his practice with lessons earned from prior experiences at a three-time Institutional Investor Hedge Fund Industry Award winning hedge fund and his time at prominent New York law firms.
