Yuko advises domestic and international matters, with a particular focus on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances and other complex business combinations.

She regularly supports clients throughout the transaction lifecycle, from structuring and due diligence to regulatory analysis and execution. She has significant experience in navigating foreign direct investment and related regulatory regimes, helping clients anticipate regulatory risks and implement practical compliance strategies that facilitate efficient transaction execution.
