As part of a private client-focused practice, Zarmina supports clients across the full immigration spectrum, with particular emphasis on strategic mobility planning, long-term residence, and nationality matters.Zarmina works on a broad range of applications, including Global Talent, investor and innovator routes, family visas, the EU Settlement Scheme, work sponsorship, ILR on various routes, and British citizenship. Zarmina assists clients with sensitive and high-value matters, delivering clear, practical immigration strategies tailored to their personal, professional, and commercial objectives.

I’ve known that I wanted to become a lawyer since I was about 11 years old, which still surprises people. As I progressed through my studies and into practice, I found myself particularly drawn to immigration law, particularly the human rights dimension and the very real impact legal representation can have on someone’s life.
Compassion is one of the key traits I bring to my work. Immigration matters are often deeply personal and can involve family separation, uncertainty about the future, or the challenge of building a life in a new country. I am passionate about supporting clients through these moments and ensuring they feel informed, heard and reassured throughout the process.
I have particular expertise in UK inbound immigration matters and advise on a wide range of immigration applications. I also have a strong interest in complex cases, where careful analysis and strategic thinking are often required to navigate intricate legal and procedural issues. Furthermore, have developed notable experience advising on Global Talent applications, particularly for individuals in the technology sector and business founders seeking to establish or grow their ventures in the UK.
Outside of work, I enjoy keeping up with current affairs, often by scrolling through the news, and unwinding by attending Pilates classes.
