Our six-year apprenticeship programme

The role will be based in our London office and will involve supporting the operational functioning of the firm whilst learning and developing the key skills and experience required for a solicitor. Our solicitor apprentices are involved in many of the day to day tasks of a trainee solicitor. During the first four years of the apprenticeship, you will spend a year in each practice group and then in the final two years, you will join the trainee programme where you will rotate around to different practice groups every six months. The apprenticeship includes one day per week allocated to study at The University of Law.

During the first four years of the apprenticeship, you will be studying towards obtaining a LLB degree in Legal Practice and Skills. During the final two years of the apprenticeship, you will be working towards the Solicitors Qualifying Exam (SQE) which consists of: SQE1: Functioning Legal Knowledge and SQE2: Practical Legal Skills and Functioning Legal Knowledge. All university fees will be funded by the firm.
