Withers advises Industrie De Nora S.p.A. on the acquisition of BW Water

We advised Industrie De Nora S.p.A. on the acquisition of BW Water, a fast-growing global player in the water treatment solutions business with a strong presence in Southeast Asia, from the BW Group.
