Withers KhattarWong LLP is a Singapore law practice, affiliated with Withers LLP.

Joyce is a senior associate in the technology and intellectual property team.

She advises clients on the structuring, negotiation and implementation of intellectual property and technology‑driven commercial transactions, with a particular focus on the TMT sector. Her practice centres on helping clients commercialise, protect and deploy intellectual property and digital assets in both domestic and cross‑border contexts.

Joyce works with a broad range of clients, including multinational corporations, government‑linked entities and high‑growth technology start‑ups. She regularly advises on complex commercial arrangements such as joint ventures, strategic collaborations, technology transfers, IP‑heavy mergers and acquisitions, and a wide range of go‑to‑market agreements. Her experience includes licensing and merchandising arrangements, distribution and franchising frameworks, and commercial contracts involving the use and exploitation of technology and brand assets across multiple jurisdictions.

In addition to transactional work, Joyce advises clients on data protection, advertising and consumer protection laws, and regulatory issues that arise alongside product launches, marketing campaigns and commercial rollouts. Her practice is pragmatic and business‑focused, encompassing advertising clearance, data protection compliance, and the commercial exploitation and protection of intellectual property, with an emphasis on managing risk while supporting commercial objectives.

Joyce holds Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E) and Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) certifications from the International Association of Privacy Professionals. These credentials reflect her strong focus on data protection and privacy governance, and her ability to advise clients on regulatory compliance in parallel with technology transactions and commercial operations.
