Withers KhattarWong advises Imarticus Learning on the acquisition of BELLS Institute of Higher Learning

Withers KhattarWong advised Imarticus Learning Private Limited ("Imarticus Learning") on the Singapore law aspects of its acquisition of BELLS Institute of Higher Learning Pte. Ltd. ("BELLS"), working alongside lead transaction counsel Pioneer Legal and IC RegFin Legal.
Imarticus Learning is a Mumbai-headquartered education technology company offering professional learning programmes. BELLS is a Singapore-based higher education institution providing industry-focused education and professional learning programmes.
The acquisition forms part of Imarticus Learning’s strategy to expand its presence in Southeast Asia and establish Singapore as a regional learning hub.
The Withers KhattarWong team acted as Singapore legal counsel to Imarticus Learning on the acquisition.
