Joey is an associate in the corporate team, with a tax advisory focus.

Her practice focuses on corporate and commercial transactions, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and other general commercial matters. Joey has managed high-value, cross-border M&A transactions from due diligence through to negotiating transaction documents and post-completion matters, and has advised high-net-worth individuals on the Hong Kong corporate and tax implications of restructuring multi-jurisdictional corporate holding structures.

Joey is a Chartered Tax Adviser of the Taxation Institute of Hong Kong, and combines her corporate practice with tax advisory work on cross-border and restructuring matters.
