Tom is a partner in the real estate team.

He advises businesses, private clients, institutions, developers and investors on a wide range of real estate matters. His work includes advising landlords and occupiers in relation to all aspects of landlord and tenant work; development projects principally acting for landowners or owner occupiers; and charities on all aspects of charity property related matters and where Tom is a member of the Charity Legal Association (CLA), Charity Property Association (CPA) and serves as editor of Tolley’s Charities Manual. 

Tom has particular expertise acting for clients in the hospitality sector in relation to disposals, acquisitions, financing and development. 

Tom is a thorough and pragmatic transactional lawyer, and clients appreciate his hands-on approach. He has a particular interest in the future of real estate and has been involved in a number of the firm's key thought leadership initiatives in this area, including our report  'The Future of Real Estate: work, home and social'
