Daniel is the joint managing partner of Withers KhattarWong and leads the funds and corporate team.
Daniel specialises in investment funds and cross-border private equity and M&A transactions. He represents GPs, institutional and private capital investors, banks, family offices and multinational corporates across various asset classes and strategies including real estate, digital infrastructure, healthcare, financial services, venture capital and private equity.
In addition to counselling on regulatory issues affecting fund managers and capital markets intermediaries in Singapore, Daniel manages complex fund formation and cross-border investment mandates in the Asia-Pacific region, including India, Vietnam and China.
Daniel regularly publishes articles on emerging issues across the investment funds ecosystem including the rise of private capital, private credit and alternative asset strategies, ESG investing and fund regulations.
His recent publications include Private credit under pressure?
