Daniel is the joint managing partner of Withers KhattarWong and leads the corporate and funds team.

Daniel specialises in investment funds and cross-border private equity and M&A transactions. He represents fund managers, institutional and private capital investors, banks, family offices and corporate clients across various asset classes and strategies including real estate, digital infrastructure, healthcare, financial services, venture capital and private equity. In addition to counselling on regulatory issues affecting fund managers and capital markets intermediaries in Singapore, Daniel manages complex fund formation and cross-border investment mandates in the Asia-Pacific region, including India and China.
