With states free to legalize sports betting, do the pro leagues deserve a cut?

In the wake of Monday's US Supreme Court ruling, several states race to pass sports wagering legislation while sports league officials simultaneously request that state legislators include 1% 'integrity fees' in any such legislation. 

Considered 'fair and necessary' by some officials, Michael Rueda comments on the likelihood of sports leagues convincing state legislators to incorporate integrity fees in their proposals.
