Charmaine assists clients in the investment funds space at various stages in a fund's life cycle. Her experience covers fund formation, marketing arrangements, licensing and registration of fund managers, advising on ongoing business conduct requirements, and advising clients on downstream investments, including private equity and venture capital investments.
