Edoardo Kratter

Edoardo is a senior associate in our corporate team.

Edoardo focuses on the reorganization of companies and related succession planning issues for family businesses. He deals frequently with the transfer of shareholdings from one generation to the next, especially in the context of succession law, corporate governance and instances where there is a conflict amongst the shareholders.  He is also experienced in dealing with Trusts, often when they are included for the purposes of governance and as instruments to safeguard the patrimony of the principals involved.

Prior to joining Withers, Edoardo practiced commercial and company law at a major Italian law firm in Italy and for two London-based firms.
