Federico in an associate in our corporate team.

Federico regularly advises small and medium Italian companies on commercial matters, including both corporate daily governance and extraordinary operations, such as M&A, business transfers and joint ventures. His expertise covers both share deals and asset deals, providing assistance to leading Italian companies and real estate funds in their relationship with banks for the repossession and the development of properties.

His special focus areas are venture capital and growth equity, providing assistance to venture capital funds and startups, cooperating with the main technological hubs, incubators and accelerator for startups in Italy. His range of activity in venture capital covers the negotiation of SAFE, convertible notes and other investment agreements, but also incentive plans such as work for equity and stock option plans.

He is also active in the sector of Data Protection and wrote his graduation thesis on the topic "Privacy and National Security". Since the beginning of his practice, he has advised companies on data protection compliance, such as information and consent drafting, designation of Controllers, Processors and DPOs, data protection impact assessments (DPIA), whistleblowing, data breaches and cross-border data flows. He also provides in-house training to client companies on new Italian regulations in this sector when they occur.
