He is involved in acquisitions and disposals of residential property as well as landlord and tenant work. George has particular experience in the acquisition of prime London property, acting for landlords and tenants in lease extension and collective enfranchisement claims under the leasehold reform legislation and rights of first refusal under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987, and general landlord and tenant issues arising out of the ongoing management of residential buildings.Recent Recognition
