Kristin is the paralegal on the Tax Controversy and Compliance team.
Kristin's primary focus is on IRS Offshore Voluntary Disclosure and Streamlined Filing Submission Programs, Federal and State Audits and other controversy and private client areas. Prior to joining Withers, Kristin worked in the areas of bankruptcy (Chapters 11 and 7), Federal and State receiverships, immigration (family based), litigation and corporate law.
