Before joining Withers, he worked for an Italian boutique Tax law firm specialized in in domestic and international taxation for multinational groups, investment funds, banks, financial intermediaries, asset managers, insurance companies, private equity investors and institutional investors in the real estate sector. His areas of expertise include corporate and group taxation, M&A and reorganisation transactions, international taxation, real estate taxation, assistance in pre-litigation procedures and tax litigation.
