Libbi Wittenberg

Libbi is an associate in the charities and philanthropy team, which is part of the firm's business division.

She advises charities, philanthropists and non-profits across a wide range of areas of charity law, including charity establishments, grant making, fundraising, commercial contracts, mergers, governance and dissolution.
 

Libbi works with charities of all sizes and structures, including charitable companies, charitable trusts, charitable incorporated organisations and Royal Charter bodies. She regularly works alongside colleagues throughout the firm to assist charities with advice on property, tax, employment, intellectual property and data protection matters, as well as to provide international advice.

Libbi works with charities and non-profits with a wide range of purposes, and has a particular interest in NHS charities.
