Maddie Jones

Maddie is an associate in the corporate team. 

Maddie's experience includes a wide variety of transactions, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments and other general corporate advisory matters. 

Maddie trained at Withers and gained a breadth of experience by undertaking seats in the firm's real estate disputes, construction, corporate tech and commercial litigation teams. 

Prior to training at Withers, Maddie worked in-house for a global investment bank where she assisted the Prime Services and Clearing business line with legal and regulatory requirements.
