Massimo is a senior associate in our litigation and arbitration team.
His practice involves representing domestic and foreign clients and he specialises in civil disputes relating to insurance, commercial, banking and bankruptcy matters. He has also been involved in both judicial and arbitration proceedings.
One of Massimo's standout cases was a complex piece of litigation, where he assisted a foreign listed company in several proceedings before different courts. Aside from the merits and the legal issues involved, the case was particularly challenging as the client had no prior court experience and relied wholly on Massimo's knowledge and understanding of the Italian legal system.

Claim against seller of an Italian property
Assisted a special purpose vehicle established by a South African HNWI to purchase a luxury property near the lake of Como, in bringing a claim against the seller of the property for failing to meet the obligations undertaken in a preliminary agreement.
