Massimo is a senior associate in our litigation and arbitration team.
His practice involves representing domestic and foreign clients and he specialises in civil disputes relating to insurance, commercial, banking and bankruptcy matters. He has also been involved in both judicial and arbitration proceedings.
One of Massimo's standout cases was a complex piece of litigation, where he assisted a foreign listed company in several proceedings before different courts. Aside from the merits and the legal issues involved, the case was particularly challenging as the client had no prior court experience and relied wholly on Massimo's knowledge and understanding of the Italian legal system.

The thing I love most about my job is obtaining great results for my clients, even against the odds.
When I graduated, I joined an international law firm as a litigator and have never looked back since. I love my job - it challenges me every day, requiring an in-depth knowledge of the law and setting strategies.
The thing I love most about my job is obtaining great results for my clients, even against the odds. I enjoy arguing cases in briefs and at hearings and, ultimately, convincing judges of my arguments to achieve a successful outcome. Whilst I can't pinpoint exactly what drew me to law, I know it was the right choice for me.
