Nicole is an associate in the corporate team.

Nicole focuses on helping emerging and established private clients and corporations protect their innovations and brands in transactions, intellectual property procurement and litigation.  Nicole has represented a wide variety of domestic and international clients in the technology, fashion, retail, art and entertainment sectors.

Nicole has significant experience prosecuting trademark applications before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), representing clients in proceedings before the USPTO’s Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, prosecuting copyright applications before the United States Copyright Office, and litigating a wide variety of copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret and corporate disputes.  Nicole also negotiates transactions on behalf of her clients including intellectual property licensing and assignment agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and technology licensing and transfer agreements.

Prior to joining Withers, Nicole worked at a national law firm specializing in intellectual property and technology litigation and transactions.  Nicole graduated cum laude from Loyola Marymount University with a B.A. with a dual major in History and Political Science and a minor in French.  Nicole obtained her J.D. with a concentration in intellectual property, with Honors, from Loyola Law School.
