Sissi Y. Bian

Sissi is a US-qualified international tax lawyer based in Singapore.

As an associate in the US private client and tax team, she focuses her practice on advising high net-worth individuals and families with US ties on their estate and trust planning, as well as US tax compliance. She is also experienced in cross-border tax structuring of US assets investments for non-US clients.

Prior to joining the practice in Singapore, Sissi was an international tax specialist in the US, where she advised on US inbound and outbound international tax issues (e.g. CFC regime, PFIC regime, ECI, FDAP, entity classification, etc.).
