His intellectual property practice includes representation and advice relating to patent and licensing matters. Before joining Withers, he most recently was an examiner at the United States Patent and Trademark Office in its biotechnology division.
Sung earned his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law with a focus in Intellectual Property and Information Law.
