Theda is a partner in the immigration team.
She focuses on private client and corporate immigration law and is experienced in representing US and foreign business as well as individuals. She advises on a wide range of immigration issues including expatriation matters, global mobility and compliance with immigration laws and matters before the Department of Labor regulations, the US Citizenship & Immigration Service, and the Department of State. Her special focus includes representing family offices, investors and technology start-ups, as well as representing clients in the following industries: information technology, healthcare, architecture, media, cosmetics, advertising and marketing, engineering, and financial services.
