Tiziana has 20 years-experience in Intellectual Property, Tech and Data protection, advising and creating a legal strategy on all aspects of protection and enhancement of immaterial assets such as copyright, trademark, patent and design, as well as art and cultural assets, artworks, media format, e-commerce and tech projects.She has strong experience and skills in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and transactions, including joint-ventures, license, merchandise, sponsorship and distribution, music’s rights agreement, contracts for the audio-visuals, podcasts, exhibitions, or theatrical shows’ production, advertising agreements, IT services and software development agreements, also related to blockchain, AI or IoT technologies. She can manage and coordinate complex due diligence for IPR and Tech transfer and assist clients on data protection law in Italy and EU countries.
Tiziana worked as in house counsel for more than 15 years in Italian and international multinational companies in the industries of media &entertainment, advertising, digital & telecommunication, cosmetics and retail developing a deep understanding on corporate processes and business. In the last three years she worked as legal consultant dealing with clients across a broad range of industries, including deep tech, digital, fashion & luxury, sports, food and beverages, art and culture.
Her advice is practical and business oriented, focusing on assessing and mitigating real risks.
Tiziana has a passion for talent, creativity and sport. To strengthen her expertise in the field of talent and sports law, in 2019, she attended the Sports Agent Course organized by Altalex, and in 2022 and the Course of high specialization in Sports Law and Justice "Lucio Colantuoni" at the University of Milan.
