Tom is an associate in the private client and tax team.

He advises high net worth individuals, trustees and financial institutions on UK tax, cross-border estate planning and the creation and administration of trusts and other asset holding structures. He also advises on wills and trust drafting matters to ensure long-term succession plans are implemented in accordance with the client's wishes.

Tom focuses on issues relating to international individuals and their families with a UK connection, whether UK domiciled or non-UK domiciled.
