Vanessa has experience in the broad spectrum of commercial real estate matters, specialising in investment acquisitions and disposals with extensive experience in both freehold and leasehold transactions. She has a breadth of experience in all landlord and tenant matters and her background in construction means she is well placed to advise on complex development agreements. Vanessa has also acted for banks and alternative lenders as well as borrowers on secured lending transactions.
