Alex is a senior associate in the employment team.
She advises both organisations and individuals on all aspects of the employment relationship, from negotiating complex contracts to exit strategies and beyond, including employment litigation.
She has particular expertise advising clients in the creative industries, frequently advising senior executives moving between agencies. She also advises clients across a range of industries, from financial services to charities.
Clients comment on Alex's pragmatic and empathetic approach when handling delicate commercial and reputational issues. In 2022 and 2023, Alex was ranked in Chambers Global rankings as an Associate to Watch for Employment Law.
Alex is also a trained Mental Health First Aider (MHFA).

I have always been fascinated by people and what makes them tick.
This is no doubt what led me to embark on a Psychology degree, but also what attracted me to the field of employment law and advising individuals and organisations on workplace relationships - from recruitment through to termination.
Work aside, I love to travel and venture off the beaten track - Northern India and Cuba are two favourites that spring to mind, but I'm always planning my next adventure. I also enjoy pilates and running, mainly to balance out my passion for cooking and discovering new restaurants.
