Caoilinn is an associate in the litigation and arbitration team
Caoilinn trained at Withers and became a member of the Commercial Litigation team in 2018. She regularly advises international and domestic clients on a variety of commercial disputes ranging from shareholder, contractual and partnership disputes. Her practice is varied and includes professional negligence disputes and company insolvency matters. Her experience includes acting on behalf of clients in a number of cases in the High Court and the Court of Appeal.
She has also worked on arbitrations heard by the LCIA, one of the leading international institutions for commercial dispute resolution. Caoilinn is a fluent French speaker and her experience includes acting in multi-jurisdictional disputes involving freezing orders, anti-suit injunctions and jurisdiction challenges.
