Caroline is special counsel in the private client and tax team.
She advises on a wide range of trust issues, tax and estate and succession planning, including governance issues. Caroline’s work has a particular focus on multi-jurisdictional trust structuring and pre-UK residence planning for non-UK clients. Caroline works regularly with the firm’s US lawyers advising clients with US and UK issues. She also advises trustees on a wide range of fiduciary and related issues.
