Emma is a paralegal in our trust, estate and inheritance disputes team.
Emma is gaining experience across a range of inheritance, will and trust disputes at Withers before commencing pupillage at 5 Stone Buildings in October 2024. In particular, she is involved in matters involving contentious estate administration, the validity and construction of wills and the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975.Before joining Withers, Emma completed the Bar Course at The Inns of Court College of Advocacy whilst working as a paralegal for a regional law firm specialising in civil litigation.
