Jack and Edward's investigations of the approved plans for the conversion found that the barn had been converted in breach of Listed Building Control. Following Jack and Edward's advice, their client was able to negotiate a reduction in the agreed purchase price.

Jack and Henry Stuart assisted an international investor with the purchase of a Grade I Listed Castle situated on an Ancient Monument and advised on the complicated ongoing obligations in relation to the maintenance of both the Grade I Listed structure and the Ancient Monument.
