He works on a variety of commercial real estate matters including acquisitions, disposals and lettings for developers, public and private companies, occupiers and private individuals. James has a wide experience of working on portfolio acquisitions acting for and advising on commercial property lending transactions. He acts for a broad client base including charities, developers, investors, luxury retailers and hotel and leisure operators.
He prides himself on his commerciality and strives to deliver the most practical and cost-effective solution.
James has used his experience in the English, French and Russian markets.
