Joe is a partner in the litigation and arbitration team.

Joe is a commercial litigator who represents and advises clients at all stages of their disputes, from deal discussions to jury trials and appeals.  Joe advocates for his clients in all dispute resolution forums, including private negotiations, state or federal court litigations, and everything in between.  He represents both plaintiffs and defendants, and that breadth of experience allows him to understand his clients’ goals and deploy the appropriate strategy to achieve them.  Joe regularly advises clients in disputes with international and cross-border elements.

Joe represents individuals and companies operating in a wide variety of industries, including healthcare, technology, fine art, alcoholic beverage, cryptocurrency, and sports.  He believes that understanding his clients’ business and commercial goals is critical to effectively advocating for them, and ensures that addressing his clients’ needs is always at the heart of his practice.  Joe has taught commercial litigation as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Fordham University.
