He is involved in domestic and cross-border corporate and commercial matters, including corporate governance, M&A and Private Equity transactions, with specific focus on Family Business.He also deals with both Italian and international clients by providing assistance on drafting and negotiating international and domestic contracts.

I am an engaging and communicative young lawyer with quite a unique background having grown up in Kazakhstan and moved to Italy as a teenager, where I enhanced my communications skills by becoming tri-lingual in Russian, Italian and English.
I possess natural team player and diplomacy abilities, having come from a large family of nine siblings, and I enjoy practising team sports such as football and volleyball.
After graduating in Law at Università degli Studi di Padova with a comparative thesis on SPAs in Russia and Italy, I have gained insight into international commercial and corporate areas enriching my skillset and expertise.
