She is also a member of the Charity Legacy team.
She advises on issues which come before the Court of Protection, such as disputes about Lasting Powers of Attorney and attorney conduct (including the recent case of Hinduja v Hinduja EWCOP 36, which went to the Court of Appeal as EWCA Civ 1492), health and welfare issues, and statutory will applications.
I'd like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to Paul and Rosalind for all the work you have put in, as you have helped to secure my immediate financial future. You have fought my corner every step of the way. You have also been brutally honest with me throughout the process, which at times although painful, I can only respect and admire, as I have always felt you have had my best interests at heart. The two of you make a formidable team, and I would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone else who may in future find themselves on the wrong side of this rather unfortunate law.
