Sara is a senior associate in our private client and tax team.
She is a California and Nevada attorney who assists clients in all aspects of estate and tax planning, estate and trust administration, and charitable planning. Sara focuses on intra-family wealth transfers through lifetime gifting to irrevocable trusts, QSBS and income tax planning techniques, and complex trust administrations. She also advises individuals and organizations regarding the charitable split-interest trusts, private foundations, and other charitable vehicles.
Achievements
Sara has been recognized as a "One to Watch" by Best Lawyers for 2025. She is also recognized as a "Rising Star" by Super Lawyers for 2025.
