Simon is the Chief operating officer (COO).
He has overall responsible for the firm's global finance function and setting of finance strategy, contributing to the attainment of the firm's business objectives by providing strategic and financial guidance. Simon is responsible for developing all necessary policies and procedures to ensure the sound financial management and control of the firm's finances.
Simon is a Chartered Accountant, having qualified and worked in practice (specifically with an audit focus) for a number of years before joining the firm in 2001 as partnership accountant.
