Xanthe is a partner in the banking and finance team.
She is a banking and finance specialist who advises borrowers and lenders on bilateral and syndicated secured and unsecured corporate borrowing/lending and real estate finance transactions usually with a cross border element.Xanthe's practice focuses on advising borrowers (including public and private companies, trustees and private individuals) on new corporate facilities, re-financings, restructurings and ancillaries in a broad range of industry sectors (including leisure, energy and media) and real estate finance transactions (both investment and development) in relation to commercial and high-end residential property.
Xanthe also acts for onshore and offshore lenders, including international banks and private banks, on corporate and real estate finance transactions.
Her work for clients is wide ranging including drafting, reviewing and negotiating loan agreements (including LMA based loan agreements), security agreements, intercreditor agreements, supplemental agreements (including for amendment, waivers and consents), release agreements, ISDA master agreements and various corporate funding documents (including intra-group loan agreements).
Xanthe has a wealth of legal and commercial experience in the banking industry. When working on transactions, she regularly works with a range of professionals - overseas counsel, tax specialists, debt advisors and accountants - to deliver a seamless service.
