Acquisition of a hotel in the Chianti Area, Tuscany

We have recently assisted Vignamaggio's group on the acquisition of a hotel in Chianti. This involved due diligence on the underlying assets and hotel facilities and the negotiation of a Sale and Purchase agreement and a pledge agreement on the target's shares in order to guarantee the transaction until completion

Advice on investment agreement

We assisted a private client on drafting and negotiation of an investment agreement with a leading Italian services provider for the hospitality sector. The project will comprise the implementation of a barter system by which food and beverage companies provides goods to hotels and restaurants in exchange of rooms and tables to be sold on an e-platform

Luxury and innovative hotel in Milan

We have provided from scratch assistance for the implementation of the whole data privacy program for an innovative and luxury hotel chain set to open its first venue in Milan in 2020. This involved all privacy related aspects of the future stay of customers at the hotel, as well as the ancillary intellectual property and commercial matters related thereto, such as the implementation within the hotel premises of innovative technological solutions for the customers' convenience
