Me in a minute

I enjoy working with clients to find solutions

I enjoy working with clients to find solutions to contentious trust, estate and conservatorship administration issues and litigation from inception to final distribution. I have the ability to find creative solutions during pre and post litigation phases of administration but am equally comfortable taking cases to trial or arbitration when the circumstances call for it. My clients have benefitted from both favorable settlements and by obtaining, protecting and enforcing post-trial judgments as a result.
