Me in a minute
Being a curious person, I enjoy working in an international setting as a lawyer.
I am an Italian qualified lawyer working as an Associate at Withers law firm in Milan. I practise international corporate tax law, working extensively in matters involving international investments. I advise on possible tax planning opportunities and assure the clients’ tax compliance with international and domestic tax laws and regulations. I have been involved in several complex business operations, providing assistance on matters relating to tax, civil and commercial fields.
I graduated in 2015 from the University la Sapienza of Rome, earning my degree magna cum laude. I worked for the Bank of Italy, focusing on finance-related issues. Moreover, during my traineeship, as an apprentice lawyer I was involved in some of the most important Italian insolvency cases, assisting insolvency practitioners (and extraordinary administrators) on the management of the related proceedings.
In 2016, having realized the importance of deepening my knowledge of the tax field, I achieved a Masters in "Tax Law and Business Consulting", with full marks. Subsequently, I fine-tuned my understanding of practical aspects beneath taxation by working as a tax specialist for Poste Italiane s.p.a. tax department.
Being a curious person, I enjoy working in an international setting as a lawyer, for it gives me the opportunity to get in touch with different cultures and societies. I find it thought provoking and quite motivating getting in touch with people who share different values from what is commonly perceived in western culture.
