Charlotte is a corporate lawyer who advises and assists with a range of corporate matters, with particular focus on providing advice to start-ups and entrepreneurs as well as to investors and high-growth companies, from seed investments to later stage funding in the venture capital and tech sectors.
Prior to joining Withers, Charlotte has worked and advised on a wide variety of cross-border corporate finance transactions, including joint ventures, restructurings and private M&A in addition to advising on corporate, company law and commercial matters.
