Erin is an associate in the private client and tax team.

Her practice focuses on estate planning for high‑net‑worth individuals and families, including clients with blended family structures, special‑needs beneficiaries, and complex asset profiles. Prior to joining Withers, Erin worked as an estate planning associate, where she prepared comprehensive trusts, wills, and related planning documents and guided clients through the full planning process. She also previously practiced in the emerging companies and venture capital group at an international law firm, advising on entity formations, private fund matters, and early‑stage financings.
