Izzy Davis

Izzy is an associate in the employment team.

Izzy advises employers and employees, including senior executives, on the full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. She works across a broad range of sectors, from financial services to start ups and family offices, and has experience supporting clients at every stage of the employment relationship.

Her practice spans advisory work, workplace investigations, transactions and disputes. Izzy has also acted in contentious matters including unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing and contractual disputes, representing clients in the Employment Tribunal, the High Court and the Employment Appeal Tribunal.
