Jonathan is an associate on the litigation and arbitration team.
Jonathan focuses his practice on commercial litigation. He has experience in handling all aspects of litigation ranging from the pleading stage to case resolution via dispositive motion, mediation, or trial. He has represented individuals, companies, and estates, and has extensive experience with alternative dispute resolution, taking and defending depositions, and motion practice.
Prior to joining Withers, Jonathan was an associate at a boutique intellectual property and entertainment law firm, where he successfully litigated copyright, trademark, and patent infringement cases. Jonathan earned his law degree in 2019 from Loyola Law School, where he was a Technical Editor and published member of the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review. During law school, Jonathan worked as a judicial extern in the United States District Court for the Honorable R. Gary Klausner and in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals for the Honorable Sandra S. Ikuta.
