Kate is an associate in the employment team.
She advises employers and senior executives in a range of sectors, including financial services, start-ups and entrepreneurs, life sciences, charities and the creative industries. Her work covers the whole employment relationship and involves both contentious and non-contentious matters. Having studied Psychology at university, Kate has a particular interest in workplace mental health.During her training contract at the firm, Kate spent six months in each of the Corporate, Family and Real Estate teams.
