Lanabel Teo

Lanabel is an associate in the corporate team.

Her experience spans a wide range of matters involving both private and public companies. She has represented clients on local and cross-border merger & acquisition deals (including joint ventures and corporate restructuring) across various industry sectors, both as lead transaction counsel and local counsel. In addition, Lanabel has also advised clients on equity capital markets transactions for their initial public offering or reverse take-over exercises on the SGX-ST, as well as regulatory and compliance requirements for corporate actions such as takeovers, acquisitions and disposals.

Lanabel also advises clients in the fund management industry, having assisted clients with fund formations (including several VCC fund structures), downstream investments, and regulatory and compliance advisory matters.
